Ate raisin bran with cornflakes before the run after work. Had two bowls. Should not have done that man. Felt slow and was burping along the way, eh!
Ran two miles at the small track then up to the large track. A total of about 6 miles in about an hour. Started to snow. But did not bother me. Working Saturday and Sunday, So got to figure out how I'm going to put the 20 miler in among other things.
