Toe nail issue

Felt good after nap. Ran two laps on large track.

My left big toenail is getten back to the nastiness. It's hangen in there. Actually the right one looks just as nasty. But will need to dig into them again. They are so frightfull. I'll try to inspect them and chop em,but they keep coming back ugly.
