Did it happen to U2

My neck is killing me from trying to relieve the water damage in the basement. Katrina caught me with my pants down. This will be a taper day for the 1/2 marathon this weekend.

The book a Cousin gave me is called Wild at HEART. Written by John Eldredge. He starts out in the book in Nature in the continental divide. Analyzes religion and the pace of man, today. How a dream as a boy rescinds as society consumes him.

Like the business world- where the majority of American men live and die- requires a man to be efficient and punctual. Is that what a boy dreams of? The real point is being a nice guy? In boy hood it's the part of adventure being a bit of a rebel. Not bored. There is something fierce of every man.
Add to any activity an element of danger, stir in a little exploration, add a dash of destruction, and you've got yourself a winner. It doesn't end with age, the stakes simply get higher.

Now how do I explain this in my life? Well , I love to explore new avenues. Running marathons is a new frontier. And need to add the other elements, but the challenge is staying healthy in order to explore all kinds of races and it's terrain. So to be continued will be the reading conclusions.......
