Ran a 10k today at ~ 5:45 pace. Still have the jump. Very happy with my position going into next week's marathon! Plus, It looks like outstanding weather! It's time for me to fly.
The Buffalo Bills ran over the Texans! They kicked ash! Great start for their new QB, J.P. Loosman.
