Ran today's 7.5 miler in PR mode with my new RED NOSE asics! I'll post a picture in the future. Still no injuries! Felt great except for those hills. Yuk. They will be a challenge for me once again. I'm sure that's a general consenses from a "runner". The following are mile times compared with last year's freezeroo race #2.
