God bless Ryan at Twincities Marathon. He's gone through an intense training program. It will be no surprise for him to attain the 2:20 mark, a team Olymic qualifier!
My season has begun. Rochester, Vineglass, Chicago and NYC are in check with no injuries. I was just tearing up when I was able to catch the elite front during the Rochester tour. No problem with with my end result of 3:12. It was just, to say the least FUN to lead. There were any fast runner's, but it consisted of an elite local runner, which droped out of the race.
Wineglass in Corning is next. Hope to run for my sister, and Marc which have health issues. They are the best examples of my life. I am only lucky to be part of their lives.
