Going, Bobcat and Swimming

The Freezeroo's have been completed going into the 2008 tour season. My 30th Marathon is in sight in Boston! Less running and more swimming has been the plan, which has been an improvement in my fitness!
Just don't want to visit that 7 ton MRI machine that was delivered to the local hospital. A collision with a Bobcat had me work'en out injured much last year.
