Julia, Great enthusiasm and Twins

    On the eve of Julia's idea.  Great enthusiasm on her part to show a care for the Cousin's twins. Being interviewed by the local TV station and communicating a concern for a form of MD.  She plans to put on a Mr. Livonia pageant!
