Well, with 5 days left for my first race this year, injured my left foot. It seems to be on the flat part of the foot. I think I need new sneakers. Hope that's the cure.
With 7 weeks to go untill Boston, weekly milage is:
week 8 - 38 miles ( injured foot at tail end of week)
week 9 - 53
week 10 - 44
week 11 - 39
week 12 - 18 (had the flu)
week 13 - 26 (had the flu)
week 14 - 52
week 15 - 31
