Felt great in the start of the week, But felt to sore yesterday and took the day off today. Listened to the body. Mom is getting married tomorrow. And will be a great day! Hope to do a pre nine miler then follow with a long run Sunday. Ready to paint my masterpiece in my mind this weekend!
