
At times I felt like golfing this week? NOT. I just love to indulge on that great American treat, Pop Tarts. Man, it is not easy staying focused away from eating junk food.
Then I received runner's world magazine and got that little push. They have great artricles. I'll try to see if I can follow their eating plan. The following is what I had today. Tim Horton's coffee with cream and sugar and two cinamon pop tarts. Peanut buter and fluff with mutigrain bread. Then four bowls of Wegmans Granola Cereal with Raisins. Five vending packages of M&M's peanuts. Salmon with yams, egghites beans and brocili. I looked at the side nutrition facts and it says that ther's 9- 14% saturated fat in it.
