
Hibernating well. I plan to add a 10k tour Saturday to add in my field of dreams this year. I think it's going to be my 123rd documented workout in 5 years! I believe I'm getting the rest and feel I don't need to go back to the drawing board! My eating habits are more quality, although it's not according to the Running world's last issue. I still plan to experiment. Still on track for Boston in April!
