
Entered another race today. Feel it's beter to help keep motivated. Resulted in a great run. Ran the same race two years ago. It was an eight miler. My pace went from a 6:22 to 5:57? Do I want to stay on the sled? Ashurbudee!
Gave up on the muscle build idea. Could not get in the gym enough.
Today's time per miles were consistent!
