
Wow! It's time to get back to the city. There's a big cross country race I'm traing for being held somewhere in BRONX, NYC! This is a picture of me at the 2005 NYC Marathon!
Looking forward the the run there, the super bowl and the Bode Miller's winter olympics. Yea, I'm still at 150 lbs. Feel strong and plan to adding that hot Peper in those wings. Here's Tom Arnold's blog. He's in Detroit and predicts the Seahawks to win.
I've transisioned down on my mileage. Working more on core. Need to try to see if I can build muscle. It's so hard, cause the weight just falls right off. I think I eat about 5 meals per day. From bowls of gronola, fish, whole grain bread and of course those eggwhites. Today I fried turkey meat in my eggwhite omlete. My meal times are off since I work wierd hours. That's why I got that little tire pouch. Do you know how long a camel can go without water? Yes, ONE YEAR. That is amazing.
